The successful candidate will possess a robust background in overseeing substantial commercial projects. This role demands a proactive approach, exceptional project management capabilities, and proficiency in managing monthly financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
* Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities effectively.
* Develop and uphold project timelines, financial plans, and operational strategies.
* Manage monthly billing processes and guarantee precise financial documentation.
* Facilitate clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
* Identify and resolve project-related challenges swiftly.
* Travel to various job sites as required, with a company vehicle provided.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
* Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects.
* Strong expertise in project management functions, including scheduling, budgeting, and billing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
