About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our team at ThedaCare Medical Center - New London. In this role, you'll provide expert nursing care to patients and their families, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

As a Clinical Nurse, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your critical thinking skills and expertise to deliver high-quality patient care. You'll be accountable for assessing patients' physical condition, developing plans of care, and collaborating with interprofessional teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical condition and develop plans of care in collaboration with interprofessional teams.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care that meets the needs of patients and families.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare providers.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality improvement within the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within five years.
  • Current Wisconsin RN licensure.
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ongoing professional development and continuing education.
