Join Our Team as a Decision Analyst Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Decision Analyst Lead to join our team at MITRE. As a key member of our Acquisition Strategy and Management Department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in acquisition, procurement, and contracting. As a Decision Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for delivering expert guidance and support to our team, ensuring that our acquisition processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert guidance on procurement and contracting processes, including source selection and contract administration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with acquisition and procurement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in acquisition, procurement, and contracting, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategies and decision-making

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in acquisition, procurement, and contracting, with a strong background in US government acquisition processes
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI/Polygraph clearance, if required
