Job Summary:
PruittHealth is seeking a skilled Floor Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Floor Maintenance Tasks: Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift to ensure optimal performance.
- Reporting and Communication: Report any needed repairs or maintenance to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Waste Disposal: Perform waste disposal procedures as required by supervisor to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Equipment Operation: Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: On-the-job training provided.
- Minimum Licensure/Certification: None required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cleaning products, procedures, equipment, and healthcare field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
