Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of food quality, service and safety are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
  • Analyze financial reports and data to optimize kitchen operations and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen teams and improving performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
