Compensation
Salary range: $110,000 - $155,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical projects, from initial design through to planning, scheduling, and implementation.
- Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates and proposals, leveraging expertise in electrical systems.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure all project specifications are met.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to maintain progress.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout all project stages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors, negotiating contracts for optimal terms.
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in electrical systems and construction management practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical project management and estimating within commercial or industrial settings.
- Strong proficiency in electrical systems, including lighting and cost estimation.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven history of securing favorable contract terms.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
