Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, processing orders, and providing timely support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Proficiency in Intuit QuickBooks and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to type 60+ words per minute and know 10-key by touch
  • Beading and/or crafting background is a plus
