Requirements- Active RN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS & ACLS Certifications
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Bone Marrow Transplant setting
- Weekly pay and direct deposit

Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) Nurses manage patients either preparing for or recovering from a bone marrow transplant that are highly immunosuppressed and very susceptible to infection.
- Performs nursing assessment and lab evaluation on all treatment patients.
- Reviews patient labs to determine if values are within accepted parameters for treatment.
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge of oncology and/or blood and marrow transplantation, chemotherapy and biotherapy treatment regimens, medications and blood products used to care for these complex patients.
- Elicits pertinent information concerning treatment and any treatment-related side effects.
