Stocking and Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically able team member to join our Alaska-based grocery store chain, Three Bears Alaska Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked with high-quality products at all times.
Working in our fast-paced warehouse environment, you will utilize manual pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to stock merchandise on shelves and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workspace. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will interact regularly with customers, colleagues, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
Your responsibilities will also include operating cash registers, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. You will have the opportunity to learn about different products, develop your problem-solving skills, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are willing to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $16.00 to $17.00 (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, Colonial Life Elective Benefits, and 401(k).
