Job Overview
Taquan Air, a leading aviation company in Southeast Alaska, seeks an experienced Aviation Maintenance Specialist to join our team. Located in Ketchikan, Alaska, we offer a unique opportunity to work with a variety of aircraft and contribute to the success of our operations.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
As an Aviation Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining De Havilland Beavers and Turbine Otters, performing phase inspections, and adhering to all applicable 14 CFR's, company policies, and procedures. You will also troubleshoot and fix line discrepancies, ensure the efficient and safe operation of company aircraft, and maintain a clean and friendly working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess Airframe and Power Plant certificates, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work within a fast-paced environment, remain flexible, and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
