Aegis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our expanding Hospice team. As a CNA/HHA, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients in a hospice setting, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with grooming, bathing, and vital sign monitoring
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Active CNA license and prior Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
- Effective communication and time management skills
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Criminal Background Check and other certifications required
- Competitive hourly rate ($16 - $24 DOE)
- Full-Time W2 employee position
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm work schedule
- Multiple locations in Arizona
