Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord. As a LPN, you will provide general nursing care to patients within the scope of your licensure. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide routine office procedures and testing as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient goals
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide telephone advice to patients per physician protocols

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of NH required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required
