We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at the Dartmouth Cancer Center. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing the healthcare needs of patients with cancer or hematologic disorders. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Key Responsibilities
* Assess and manage the healthcare needs of patients with cancer or hematologic disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
* Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
* Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
* Eligibility for APRN licensure in New Hampshire and Vermont
* Federal DEA registration eligibility
