Customer Service Representative for Animal Welfare Organization

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Humane Rescue Alliance.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and responding to phone calls, emails, and messages from the public, while also working closely with our animal control officers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Phone Operations: Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls from the public, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders, while accurately documenting information and taking necessary actions.
- Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with animal control officers and other teams to coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring timely and efficient response to emergency situations.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the public, law enforcement agencies, and community groups.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, databases, and logs, while performing various administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
- Basic knowledge of animal behavior, welfare, and laws.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum;
