We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at US Tech Solutions, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, whether it's via phone, email, or in-person. They will also perform research as needed to resolve complex issues, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience.
Educational Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and 1 year of claims processing or customer service experience is preferred. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree can substitute for work experience. We welcome candidates with an Associate degree and relevant experience in customer service or call center roles.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong human relations and organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations. You must also be proficient in basic computer operating skills and have knowledge of Microsoft Office software. A typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM is essential for success in this position.
Salary Information
