Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations to complete compliance determinations according to applicable regulations, legislative requirements, and customer guidelines.
- Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software to generate standard regulatory documents, including Safety Data Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, and compliance statements.
- Review fragrance formulations for compliance and provide accurate responses to requests for regulatory information and documents.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and provide expert guidance on fragrance regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related science field with knowledge of fragrance ingredients, formulations, and applicable regulations.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
- English language fluency; Spanish or French a plus.
