Job Description
As an Ambulatory Nursing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in our outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include providing clinical direction for patient care, collaborating with physicians and advanced practice providers, and ensuring that patients receive seamless transitions of care.
Requirements
- Nursing Experience: You must have at least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.
- Licensure: You must hold a valid South Carolina nursing license (RN).
- Certifications: You must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
