By collaborating closely with clients, we help them formulate change strategies that reshape their operational frameworks and processes, ensuring successful adoption and measurable returns on their digital workplace initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Evaluate the effects of business changes, pinpointing critical areas and developing tailored change strategies and plans.
- Craft a persuasive narrative for change and mentor Change Sponsors and team members on effective messaging, influence, and behavior modeling.
- Design and implement change initiatives, including training, communication facilitation, change network development, organizational design, operational model alignment, cultural integration, and ongoing improvement.
- Exhibit exceptional client management and engagement capabilities.
- Establish and nurture a Change Network to advocate for change with clients, ensuring sustained adoption in both the short and long term.
- Assist in project closure and facilitate the client's transition to standard operations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in managing change related to people, processes, and technology.
- Application of business change management principles.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology and its positive impact on workplace development and employee experiences.
- Ability to plan and execute partner engagement, leadership alignment, impact assessments, training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption metrics.
- Proven track record of leading innovative projects for clients.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, such as Office 365, Teams, Dynamics CRM, Skype for Business, SharePoint, and Yammer.
- Experience working within multifaceted and complex teams.
- Relevant background in professional consulting or advisory roles.
