About the Role

Moderna Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager, Clinical Data Management to lead clinical data management efforts and initiatives for an assigned therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead clinical data management efforts and initiatives for an assigned therapeutic area.
  • Support the oversight of data management vendors and data handling.
  • Represent the data management function for clinical studies within the assigned therapeutic area or program.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure achievement of data management deliverables and milestones.
  • Design, create, test, and implement data capture tools and integrations for data capture, data processing, coding, and validation.
  • Author or oversee the development of all Data Management documentation.
  • Lead the cross-functional data review for the assigned program or therapeutic area.
  • Manage clinical trial data through review, cleaning, auditing, and validation procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology or related field.
  • 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Clinical Database Management or related position.
  • 4 years of experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, Case Report Form (CRF) design, SAS programming, CDISC and STDM standards, Phase 1-3 clinical development, and devising plans for operational challenges.
