Job Overview

The Sales Trainee role at Red Bull is a dynamic position that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer service. As a Sales Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced Account Sales Managers to develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Assist in implementing sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Learn Red Bull Products: Familiarize yourself with our product portfolio, including energy drinks, water, and other beverages.
  • Work with Management: Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team.

Requirements

  • Valid US Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a DOT Medical card.
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
