Responsibilities:
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will be responsible for:
~ Providing clinical nutrition expertise through nutritional assessments and documentation, in an efficient manner.
~ Assessing potential nutritional risks and implementing appropriate medical nutrition therapy interventions.
~ Providing nutritional counseling and education for patients and families within care communities.
~ Collaborating with the dining department to ensure nutrition plans are executed effectively.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must be:
~ Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
~ Knowledgeable of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).
