Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Meal Prep Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Meal Prep Associate, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily for our members, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available in our prepared foods area.
  • Ensure shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates, and disposing of lesser-quality food products.
  • Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food, maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with the members of the team and be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification preferred.
