As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care to patients, collaborating with providers, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, utilizing evidence-based practice to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments under the direction of a provider, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including communication with providers, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with documentation standards and policies.
- Assume responsibility for care provided by other licensed and unlicensed caregivers, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care, including delegation to and supervision of other members of the patient care team.
- Basic computer skills required; prior experience using an EMR for charting preferred.
