About the Job:

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will assess and evaluate patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical judgment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences, values, and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
