Job Summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse III to join our Endocrinology team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and education to individuals with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and adrenal disease.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care services, ensuring the safety, comfort, and protection of patients.
  • Administer medications and therapeutic agents necessary to implement the treatment, disease prevention, or rehabilitative plan of care.
  • Perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and the initiation of peripheral venous access.
  • Observe signs and symptoms of illness, reactions to medications/treatments, general behavior, and/or general physical condition.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
  • BSN required.
  • Current, unrestricted California RN license required.
  • BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
  • Specialty certification required or willing to acquire within one year from start date.
  • A minimum of 3 years of acute care nursing experience required.
  • Experience in Endocrinology preferred.
