We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recess Supervisor for our after-school program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with school-age children in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. School Site Management: Oversee the daily activities of our after-school program, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all children.
  2. Program Development: Collaborate with our team to design and deliver engaging programs that promote physical activity, social skills, and emotional well-being among school-age children.
  3. Communication and Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to children, parents, teachers, and colleagues, fostering strong relationships and a positive community.
  4. Facility Upkeep: Contribute to the maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all users.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Child Development, Education, Recreation, Physical Education, or Human Services preferred.
  • At least 1-year experience working with school-aged children or completion of relevant coursework.
  • CPR, First Aid, Mandated Reporter, and Pest Management training upon hire.
Work Schedule
  • 20-25 hours a week, part-time position.
  • 10.5-month work year calendar (August to June).
