Position Summary:
The Solutions Architect collaborates closely with the Senior Director and the Vice President of Product and Solutions to fulfill departmental objectives. This role is integral to establishing the criteria for Content Management Systems (CMS) and technology for projects undertaken by SNA Displays, while also working in conjunction with sales and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and oversee project documentation and drawings for all initiatives, including rack layouts, schematics, bills of materials, as-built documents, and subsequent revisions.
  2. Evaluate, test, and recommend CMS options to management for client presentations and consultant advisement.
  3. Contribute to the formulation and execution of departmental strategies and procedures.
  4. Design and implement cost-effective systems or configurations that align with client requirements.
  5. Engage in regular coordination with manufacturing regarding proprietary technical specifications and products.
  6. Provide internal IT support, either directly or through vendor assistance.
  7. Support internal AV requirements, either directly or through vendor assistance.
  8. Advise sales and project management teams on optimal CMS solutions and keep departments informed on technological advancements through ongoing education at industry events.
  9. Assist with technical implementation or sales support for tradeshows and product demonstrations as needed.
  10. Respond to assigned requests to meet departmental timelines and project milestones.
  11. Offer consultation to clients, vendors, and internal personnel during sales meetings or demonstrations.

Supervisory Role:
This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role, with working hours typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overnight and weekend work may be necessary.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional domestic or international travel may be required for tradeshows, corporate events, high-profile installations, or similar activities as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
  2. Minimum of 3 years in an IT, CAD, or systems-related role.
  3. Familiarity with AV hardware and software installation, testing, and operation.
