**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday / 7 am - 4 pm / Weekly Compensation

**Primary Duties:**

+ **Maintenance Duties:** Conduct routine maintenance and servicing on a varied fleet of heavy machinery, including trucks, trailers, skid steers, excavators, and other construction vehicles.

+ **Repair Work:** Identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems on different types of heavy equipment and vehicles.

+ **On-Site Repairs:** Travel to various job locations to execute emergency and scheduled repairs, ensuring minimal operational interruptions and maintaining efficiency.

+ **Equipment Evaluation:** Perform comprehensive inspections of machinery to detect potential issues and carry out preventive maintenance to avert future malfunctions.

+ **Record Keeping:** Keep precise documentation of all repairs, maintenance activities, and inspections carried out, including parts utilized and time allocated for each task.

+ **Effective Communication:** Engage with supervisors, team members, and site personnel to coordinate repair activities and provide updates on equipment conditions.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ **Experience:** A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in mechanical roles, with a strong background in the maintenance and repair of heavy machinery.

+ **Technical Skills:** Expertise in diagnosing and fixing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

+ **Licensing Requirements:** A valid driver's license with a clean driving history. A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is advantageous but not mandatory.

+ **Analytical Skills:** Strong problem-solving abilities to efficiently tackle mechanical challenges.
