Job Summary

The Store Support Teammate is a vital member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional Guest experiences and supporting sales efforts. This role requires a friendly and engaging attitude, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, and be prepared to answer questions about the store and its products.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and bag purchases with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as policies regarding payment and exchanges.
  • Monitor and report security risks and thefts, and take steps to prevent or handle these situations.
  • Assist with merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelving, and completing price markdowns.
  • Contribute to a positive team spirit by working collaboratively with colleagues and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • No prior experience or training is required for this role.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as well as holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30 pounds throughout the store and backroom.
Work Environment

This role is based in a retail store setting, with a moderate noise level. Buckle is committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment for all Teammates.
