Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dentist/Dental Director to lead our dental clinic in a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients, including adults, children, and adolescents, with a focus on the adult population. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing a team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a dental clinic in a FQHC setting, providing dental services to patients with a focus on the adult population.
- Work closely with primary care and behavioral health teams in an integrated health setting.
- Manage a team of dental professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice dentistry in Ohio.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving patient outcomes.
