Requirements:- Master's degree from an accredited school of social work (MSW)
- Current state licensure (e.g. LCSW, LMSW)
- Two years of clinical work experience, preferably in an ESRD setting
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
