Job Description

This role is instrumental in ensuring the highest level of quality in our food and beverage products. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the food and beverage industry, with a keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential quality issues and develop solutions.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing quality assurance teams and processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and processes.
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using quality assurance software and other related tools.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
