Responsibilities- You will administer respiratory treatments and conduct thorough assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized patient care plans.
- Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to guarantee the best possible results.
- Educate patients and their families on effective respiratory care techniques to promote self-sufficiency and confidence.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards at all times.
Requirements:
- You must hold current RRT certification and state licensure.
- Prior experience in respiratory care is highly desirable, particularly in a travel role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
- You should be able to adapt seamlessly to different healthcare environments and navigate complex situations with ease.
- A willingness to travel frequently is required.
Compensation and Benefits
