About the Role

As a BCBA at ProCare Therapy, you will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with special needs. You will also collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure the implementation of effective behavior support plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing BIPs for students with special needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and school staff to implement behavior support plans
  • Providing training to school staff and parents on behavior intervention strategies and techniques
  • Monitoring student progress through data collection and analysis
  • Attending IEP meetings and communicating effectively with parents and school staff
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of behavior intervention plans and progress reports

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in Ohio
  • A Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field
  • Experience working with students with special needs in a school setting
  • Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
