Job Overview

Salary: $26-$28/hour

Position Summary: 2020 Mobile is in search of a proactive and dedicated individual to manage a portfolio of commercial and retail properties, collaborating effectively with property owners and internal teams.

Note: This role will begin remotely during the training phase and transition to an on-site position once the new corporate office is fully operational.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and issues with property locations and landlords.
  • Assist in conducting property inspections and site evaluations as needed by landlords and insurance representatives.
  • Oversee and update property maintenance work orders and ongoing reports.
  • Manage and organize HVAC contracts.
  • Support compliance with state and federal safety regulations for properties.
  • Ensure adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly operational goals.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor in all interactions.
  • Document move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Property Acquisition.
  • This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in Commercial/Retail Property Management Administration.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in file management.
  • Familiarity with Visual Lease systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Google Docs is necessary.

Work Environment:

  • Initially remote, transitioning to on-site work once the new office is ready.
  • Workdays: Monday – Friday
  • Flexible hours with potential variations in start and end times.
  • Majority of tasks involve computer and phone work.
  • Work environment may have mild to moderate noise levels.

Compensation Overview:

  • California Pay Range: $26-$28/hour, based on experience.
  • The compensation offered will be determined by the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Health Benefits: Full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance programs.
  • Retirement Benefits: Participation in the Cal Savers Retirement program is available for California team members.
