Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Management Assistant to join our team at 2020 Mobile Corp. As a Property Management Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of location and landlord maintenance issues and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with property inspections and site visits as requested by landlords and insurance carriers.
  • Monitor and maintain property maintenance work orders and update ongoing reports.
  • Track and file HVAC contracts.
  • Assist in ensuring property compliance with state/federal safety guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance and completion of daily, weekly, monthly goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, handling each situation with professionalism.
  • Track move-in, move-out inspections.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Property Acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years in Commercial/Retail Property Management Administration preferred.
  • High School diploma or certificate required.
  • File Management experience.
  • Experience in Visual Lease system a plus, but will train.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Must pay great attention to detail.
  • Must be highly organized and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Google Docs.

Work Environment:

  • On site in either Colton, CA or Sacramento, CA
  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Hours: Some flexibility on exact start and end times (30-40 hours or less per week)
  • More than 90% computer and phones related tasks.
  • Mild to moderate noise level.

Compensation:

  • California Pay Range: $22-$25/hour, DOE
  • The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
  • Health Benefits: The company offers Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance programs for Full Time employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week.
  • Retirement Benefits: The company participates in the Cal Savers Retirement program for our California team members.
