We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System Inc. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Operate sonographic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Assess patient conditions and prepare them for exams, ensuring accurate and complete documentation
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; ARDMS certification preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in diagnostic sonography
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
