Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and checking them in and out, ensuring accurate room assignments and key distribution
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing guest room bookings, including online and in-person reservations, and responding to inquiries about room availability and amenities
- Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready and clean
- Maintaining accurate records of guest account information and performing basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
