At Aspen Center for Environmental Studies, we are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as our Director, Field Medical Content. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental science education, leadership, and sustainable agriculture practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote regenerative agriculture practices at the Rock Bottom Ranch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, donor relations, and community programs.
  • Oversee the management of agricultural operations, including farming, land stewardship, and conservation efforts.
  • Manage the RBR budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Ph.D. in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sustainable agriculture, environmental education, or related field.
  • Proven leadership skills, with ability to inspire and motivate team members.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
