- Perform routine procedures and specimen collections.
- Maintain aseptic techniques when necessary.
- Support RNs or physicians during advanced procedures.
- Manage uncomplicated tubes and drains effectively.
- Conduct specific patient care tasks such as blood glucose testing.
- Recognize and report changes in patient conditions promptly.

2. **Transportation Duties:**
- Safely transport laboratory specimens and patient belongings.
- Acquire necessary blood products, supplies, and equipment.

3. **Technology Utilization:**
- Exhibit proficiency in using communication systems and electronic health records.
- Demonstrate skill in operating clinic-specific equipment.

4. **Environmental Maintenance:**
- Independently manage inventory and restock supplies according to clinic standards.
- Ensure patient rooms are adequately supplied and emergency resources are maintained.

5. **Professional Interaction:**
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exhibit initiative and self-direction in daily tasks.

Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Illinois.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Successful completion of the institutional screening examination.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate the Medical Center, with a majority of the shift spent standing or walking.
- Capability to lift or carry objects weighing 35-40 lbs and assist patients who may exceed 300 lbs.
- Work conditions may involve exposure to potentially infectious materials and strong chemical agents.
