YOUR ROLE

Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring that vehicles are scheduled for wrapping and prepared for deployment. You will manage various scheduling performance indicators that you will aim to surpass to facilitate successful client campaigns. You will be the primary liaison with wrap shops, fostering strong partnerships and developing new connections. Your work ethic, execution, and results will reflect the Carvertise culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Duties Include:

  • Organizing and confirming timely appointments for drivers with wrap shops to initiate marketing campaigns
  • Coordinating and verifying vehicle deinstallation appointments as required for drivers with wrap shops to conclude marketing campaigns
  • Building relationships with wrap shops: researching, evaluating, negotiating pricing and terms, and securing agreements within established parameters; escalating issues as necessary
  • Ensuring wrap and unwrap tasks are completed by obtaining proof of installation and deinstallation photos for documentation
  • Collaborating with other Carvertise teams to execute tasks effectively
  • Meeting or exceeding all assigned quantitative and qualitative performance metrics; updating tracking systems as per the defined schedule
  • Maintaining precise and comprehensive operational records, including communication logs; generating reports as needed
  • Handling special projects, tasks, or responsibilities as directed by leadership
  • Performing additional duties as required or assigned

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

An Associate's or Technical Degree is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience in a professional office setting that demands a high level of professionalism, organization, and communication skills. Experience in a high-volume, KPI-driven call center environment is strongly preferred.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with customers, colleagues, and supervisors; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and results-driven multitasker; effectively manages time
  • Adheres to established processes, procedures, and policies
  • Adaptable and forward-thinking, embracing and suggesting process enhancements; a personal bar-raiser
  • Technologically proficient: skilled in CRM, ERP, data entry, word processing, and various software and email systems
  • Friendly and professional—works collaboratively with the team to enhance overall performance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to navigate an office environment and remain seated for extended periods
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and department-specific tools
