Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at PrimeSource Building Products. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the day-to-day duties and ensuring all daily job functions are completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound product, ensuring 100% accuracy in shipping and receiving.
  • Assist in the maintenance of warehouse cleanliness and organization, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with drivers and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Assist in the processing of driver's paperwork and ensure it is complete and filed daily.
  • Perform cycle counts as instructed and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in the coordination of will call orders and ensure a safe and service-friendly experience for customers.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and care of company-owned or leased equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and manually manipulating.
  • Constant sitting, reaching outward, grasping, and speaking.

Work Environment:

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment will be considered normal for warehousing operations.

Schedule:

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with occasional overtime required.
