Key Responsibilities
  • Translate product requirements into comprehensive test cases for POS and payment gateway systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Fiserv, POS, Promotions, pricing, and POS LAB support teams.
  • Work in an Agile environment, prioritizing and executing test cases, and maintaining the test execution backlog.
  • Partner with stakeholders and users across different teams for end-to-end testing and reporting.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in POS and payment gateway testing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in POS actual LAB/Device testing.
  • Experience in QSR or Retail is preferable.
  • Expert knowledge of SDLC.
  • Strong skillset to gather requirements and document business processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and articulation skills.
