About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple projects and large, business-wide transformational programs. As a key member of our North America Business Transformation team, you'll partner with Executive Sponsors, NA Functional Leaders, and project teams to ensure successful and on-time delivery of client business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and implement projects and business priorities in collaboration with business leaders and project sponsors.
  • Adhere to established governance, scope, project timelines, and milestones for each project assigned.
  • Incorporate key tenets of change management into project implementation.
  • Escalate key risks and issues to the right stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, action plans, and RAID logs using Smartsheets and other portfolio management tools.
  • Implement and manage the Hoshin Kanri process to ensure alignment between company strategic objectives and operational goals.
  • Lead and oversee multiple projects with an Agile framework.
  • Cross-functional leadership: collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure projects meet organizational objectives.
  • Continuous improvement: drive a culture of continuous improvement using Lean and Agile principles.
  • Risk management: identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Resource management: efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Performance metrics: establish and track key performance indicators to evaluate project success.
  • Coaching and mentoring: provide guidance and support to junior project managers and team members.
  • Change management: lead change initiatives by facilitating communication, managing expectations, and minimizing resistance across the organization.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager leading multiple projects or large, business-wide transformational programs.
  • Experience in managing projects with global and/or cross-functional responsibility.
  • Documented experience in negotiating and resolving complex issues and risks.
  • Experience in estimating work efforts and/or resource capacity planning in a professional services environment.
  • Specific experience designing and leading the execution of internally-focused and externally-focused change/communications strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Certification or professional knowledge of Smartsheets Project Management and Resource Management modules.
  • Change Management certification.
