**Warehouse Job Opportunity:**

We are looking for an experienced Material Handler Technician to join our team at 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services in Charlotte, NC.

**Job Overview:**

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, loading and unloading trailers with wooden pallets, and moving pallets within the plant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Loading and unloading trailers with wooden pallets
  • Moving pallets inside the plant

**Requirements:**

  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, with a focus on quality
  • Commitment to following all safety rules and regulations
  • Willingsness to work in a labor-intensive environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, and/or construction strongly preferred

  • Working in extreme temperatures and conditions, including elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
  • Repetitive lifting up to 50-75 pounds and adjusting body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths
  • Variable noise levels depending on location
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including eye protection, ear protection, and safety shoes
  • Certain vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, and color vision
  • Good sense of balance and eye-hand-foot coordination
