Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Harvard Integrations LP. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating metal cabinets, enclosures, and bases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fabricate metal components using MIG welding and other processes.
• Set up equipment and weld parts together according to customer specifications and engineering drawings.
• Install specialized parts and components on enclosures and bases, including insulation, Z-bar, doors, hinges, and brackets.
• Examine welds for quality and precision, and repair products as needed.
• Operate crane or lifting equipment to move and position components.
• Work with engineering staff to clarify information and obtain design changes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, and follow established safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders, and saws safely.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions.
• MIG welding experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with others.
• Prior experience working with structural steel, welding, and grinding processes.
• Ability to review designs and drawings (blueprints).

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
