Job Title: RPA Automation Architect

At Nationwide Children's Hospital, we're seeking a skilled RPA Automation Architect to design and develop solutions that automate business processes using UiPath. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the organization's growth and success.

About the Role:
As an RPA Automation Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex automations that meet the organization's needs. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and ensure that requirements are met. Your expertise in RPA software and orchestration against production environments will be essential in delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
  • Configure and test automation workflows using RPA software
  • Troubleshoot and debug web development and automation workflows
  • Document technical specifications and test plans for RPA solutions

Requirements:
  • 6 years of experience developing process automations using a tool (UiPath preferred) and orchestrating against Production environments
  • Experience with agile processes and how they apply to RPA development
  • Extensive experience with scripting or development language and frameworks (C#, Java, Python)
  • Extensive experience with Web development technologies
  • Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year.
