**Role Overview**

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a skilled Retail Team Leader within our Mind Charity Shops. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the shop manager to achieve sales and profit objectives through effective leadership and motivation of the shop team, including volunteers.

Your primary focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in management or supervisory roles within high street or charitable retail environments.
