We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at American Hydro Corporation. Key Responsibilities- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to improve product quality and reduce defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality management processes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements
- Experience with quality management software, such as Intelex
- Certification in quality assurance, such as CQA or CQE
This is a full-time position, working 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
