Ladgov Corporation is a dynamic organization seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join our team. Located in Nashville, TN, this part-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on occupational health services and policies.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and reviewing the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program. This involves conducting off-site assessments, traveling to various states for program reviews, and coordinating with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals before inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Program Oversight: Assist in overseeing and reviewing the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program.
  • Off-Site Assessments: Conduct off-site assessments and travel to various states for program reviews.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals before inspections.
  • Reporting: Report findings to senior military leadership and provide written reports after assessments.
  • Special Projects: Conduct special studies and projects to improve Occupational Health services and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Licensed registered nurse (RN) required.
  • Knowledge of Army policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and federal Occupational Health laws.
  • Ability to travel for assessments and inspections.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct special projects and studies as directed.
  • Must complete Department of Defense security training requirements annually.
